We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded OTC Sales Trader to join our global cryptocurrency spot desk, supporting a 24/7 trading operation. The role is highly revenue-focused and client-facing, offering the opportunity to build, manage, and monetize institutional relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Execute client trades in an OTC environment, applying sound judgment and market expertise to meet client objectives and prevailing market conditions.
  • Support and help scale a global 24/7 spot trading operation while delivering exceptional client service across multiple time zones.
  • Provide clients with timely market insights, updates, and guidance to help them navigate the fast-moving digital asset landscape.
  • Proactively originate trading opportunities by delivering actionable market color, trading strategies, and liquidity solutions.
  • Leverage strong sales capabilities to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships to drive trading volumes and revenue growth.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships through consistent engagement and cross-selling relevant trading products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with global trading, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal client experience.
  • Stay informed on market developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the digital asset ecosystem to identify new business opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Proven experience as an OTC trader, sales trader, or broker within the cryptocurrency or digital asset space.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating and growing OTC trading revenue.
  • Strong understanding of OTC market structure, liquidity provision, and risk management.
  • Deep knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Solid understanding of global financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with a strong client-first mindset.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced trading environment, managing large transaction volumes while exercising sound judgment.
  • Strong commitment to staying current on market trends, industry developments, and evolving digital asset dynamics.
  • Experience with derivatives and OTC structured products is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work hours that overlap with teams in Singapore, London, and the United States.
