The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Tableau solutions that meet the company needs.

The Data Analyst will collaborate with our internal stakeholders, project managers, and fellow team members to ensure the solutions meet their business requirements and expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data & analytics products including reports, dashboards using Oracle Fusion BI tech stacks
• Write complex SQL queries and data templates to support operational and analytical reporting and analysis
• Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable, well-documented, and effective BI solutions
• Participate in defining business requirements and testing process during the cloud transformation
• Maintain clear documentation of business requirements, technical specifications, data models, and reporting logic
• Troubleshoot data accuracy, reconciliation, and performance issues within dashboards and other analytical products
• Collaborate across teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to standardize and optimize BI solutions to improve reporting and analytical efficiency in the cloud environment
• Manage and oversee the enterprise Cloud BI platform by establishing governance framework, administering access controls, monitoring system performance, and tracking data refresh schedules.

Skills You Will Need:

• 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst, Business Intelligence, or IT role
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Hands-on experience with traditional BI tools such as Tableau, OAC, or OBIEE, and familiarity with Cloud BI stacks such as FDI and Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Able to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to navigate ambiguity and make sound judgement based on the information available.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, data science, or equivalent
