We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures while leading critical projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge network technologies and shape the future of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in network design, architecture, implementation, and management, with proven leadership of complex network projects.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE), Cisco CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Network+, or similar are highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise network architectures, including high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Lead and oversee complex network projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Configure and maintain network devices, including Fortinet firewalls, switches, WLAN, and other network infrastructure components.
- Implement and manage content filtering solutions to enforce security policies and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize routing strategies, endpoint management, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with business goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and serve as a technical subject matter expert.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and trends, recommending improvements to enhance performance, security, and scalability.

Technical Skills
- Expertise in network topology design, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and advanced technologies (SD-WAN, cloud networking).
- Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet networks, switches, firewalls, and WLAN.
- Ability to implement and manage content filtering solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with endpoint protection, network access control systems, and policy-driven traffic management.
- Knowledge of network automation and orchestration tools (Python, Ansible).
- Experience with advanced network monitoring, management tools, and architectures.
