Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, for a Genetec Security Systems Certified Testing and Commissioning Engineer. The role involves performing electrical testing and commissioning for Genetec security systems to ensure optimal functionality. Tasks include troubleshooting system performance issues, supporting the design and engineering teams, analyzing test results, and implementing system adjustments. Collaboration with project teams and adherence to engineering standards and safety protocols are essential responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Testing and Testing techniques for security systems
• Experience in Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Genetec security systems
• Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to security and ELV systems
• Familiarity with safety standards, technical documentation, and system reporting
• Relevant certifications in Genetec security systems and/or electrical engineering
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to on-site working conditions
• Experience in project-based roles and knowledge of integrated security solutions preferred
