About The Role

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience designing digital products, preferably within B2B SaaS environments
- Graduate degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a relevant technical field
- Take ownership of medium-complexity features from initial discovery through to final implementation and handoff to engineering teams.
- Translate ambiguous or evolving product requirements into clear user flows, interaction models, and high-quality UI designs.
- Make informed trade-offs between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, ensuring optimal solutions.
- Break down complex workflows into intuitive, usable customer journeys that enhance overall user experience.
- Design for clarity and usability in interfaces that are data-heavy or system-driven, maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed design specifications to communicate ideas effectively.
- Partner with product managers to clarify problems, define scope, and prioritize features early in the development process.
- Approach design challenges with a user-first perspective, challenging assumptions and advocating for usability best practices.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented, maintaining design integrity and quality.
- Apply and extend existing design systems, ensuring consistency and reusability across the platform.
- Identify reusable design patterns from new features to streamline future development efforts.
- Maintain accessibility and usability standards, incorporating inclusive design principles into all work.
- Participate in early-stage discussions to help shape problem framing and project scope.
- Conduct lightweight usability testing or gather feedback sessions to validate design decisions when necessary.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product performance metrics to continuously enhance user experience.
- Balance the need for rapid delivery with thoughtful, high-quality execution to meet project timelines and quality standards.
