Job Description
This is an operational responsible for day-to-day management of workplace operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Facility upkeep Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Pantry, parking, perimeter, common spaces.
- Schedule and supervise -Preventive Maintenance, lifts, stp, owc, Cafe equipment, and any other equipment's, assets covered under WSS scope.
- Adherence to the compliance and Audits for health and safety, Information security, TL9000, Internal Audits, BCMS
- Weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS report for workplace support service, preventive maintenance, consumptions for Pantry and other consumables,
- Co-ordination during hospitality related arrangements like Client visits, Employee Engagements,
- Vendor Management, Contract Management, Billing, Payments
- Supervision of projects related to building repairs, interior fit outs and renovations, equipment replacement, upgrades.
