Professionals with 7+ years of experience from Product Management, Product Owner, Solution Design, Development or Testing backgrounds are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate the capabilities outlined above.

• Good understanding of Retail, Corporate, and Digital Banking domains.
• Experience in conducting market studies to assess industry trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Own the functional system design — think in systems, visualize and document the functional architecture, and define component interactions and boundaries with proven experience
• Own the functional data model — define key data entities and their relationships to support clear, consistent business flows.
• Working knowledge of APIs — understanding API inputs, outputs, and how they enable integration across systems.
• Familiarity with the Agile product development lifecycle, and understand how to articulate epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience delivering product demos and presentations to internal teams, senior leadership, and prospective clients.
