- Manages, plans, monitors and administers a large project independently to ensure client/internal customer satisfaction.

- At least 7+ years’ experience in Agile product development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or cross-team role.
- Experience working with senior leadership and handling customer expectations.
- Strong understanding of Agile and scaled Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar).
- Proven experience managing complex dependencies and aligning multiple teams toward common goals.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Education Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
