We are looking for a Network Support Engineer with strong experience in managing NOC operations, troubleshooting WAN/LAN issues, and supporting firewalls and routing infrastructure. The role involves handling incident tickets, monitoring network performance, and ensuring smooth IT service operations.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot WAN, LAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Manage and resolve L1/L2 tickets within SLAs in a NOC environment.
- Perform routing/switching troubleshooting (OSPF, BGP, VLANs).
- Support firewall configurations, VPNs, and security policies.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation, logs, and knowledge base updates.
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 3+ years of hands-on NOC/network support experience.
- Strong knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls. (PaloAlto/ Cisco)
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, etc.).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA, Network+.
- Experience with SD-WAN or cloud networking.
