We’re partnered with a product focused HealthTech scale up who are currently looking for an experienced Android Engineer for a 3-month contract role with the possibility to be extended.

The business builds tools that help consumers take control of their health and they combine software, data and clinical insights to create meaningful and real-world impact. They are now looking for and Android Engineer to help shape and evolve a consumer mobile app as they are now building new customer experiences across their apps. You’ll play a key role in helping to define technical direction and build new features to support the launch of their new customer experience.

What will you be doing:

• Owning and evolving Android architecture with a focus on scalability, performance and maintainability
• Design and build new user-facing features across the mobile app ecosystem
• Work with the engineering team to write and maintain BFF
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to balance product goals and technical decisions
• Deliver on new projects to support the business in achieving their goals with the new feature builds
