We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team in a hands-on capacity. In this role, you will be writing code, building projects, and maintaining technical solutions that solve real-world problems. You will work closely with the team to support the delivery of high-impact technology for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Writing clean, functional code to build custom tools and integrations.
• Systems Auditing: Assisting with technical audits of client cloud environments and internal workflows to find and fix "drag."
• Automation: Building and testing automated workflows to replace manual processes.
• Testing & Deployment: Ensuring solutions are robust by testing, deploying, and maintaining software across various client projects.
• AI Support: Helping implement and manage secure AI workspaces and document intelligence tools.

What We Are Looking For We want someone who is technically curious and enjoys the process of building things from scratch.

• The Stack: Strong experience in Python and JavaScript is preferred, as well as a solid understanding of how to leverage AI within development environments to accelerate production.
• Cloud Knowledge: A functional understanding of Azure is a major plus, though experience with AWS or GCP is also highly valued.
• Development Lifecycle: Basic experience building, testing, and deploying solutions (this can be from university projects or personal GitHub repos).
• Mindset: A problem-solver who can work on-the-ground in Sydney and move quickly as project requirements evolve.
