We are seeking Lead / Senior .NET Developer (8–10 Years Experience)
Technology Stack: C#, Autofac, Spring.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer with 8–10 years of strong hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large‑scale, enterprise‑grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The candidate will be responsible for technical design, architecture decisions, code quality, and mentoring, while working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams. This role requires deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and dependency injection frameworks such as Autofac or Spring.NET.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end technical design and development of enterprise applications using C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core
Architect, design, and govern RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Design and implement robust web applications using ASP.NET MVC following clean architecture and best practices
Define and implement dependency injection / IoC strategies using Autofac or Spring.NET
Own module‑level or application‑level architecture, technical estimations, and solution approaches
Review, refactor, and optimize existing codebases for performance, maintainability, and scalability
Perform technical code reviews, enforce design standards, and ensure adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns
Drive root‑cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues
Mentor and guide senior and junior developers; act as a technical point of contact
Collaborate with business, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams across the SDLC
Support modernization, migration, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Technical Skills
8–10 years of hands‑on experience in C# and .NET technologies
Deep expertise in ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API
Strong experience with dependency injection frameworks (Autofac / Spring.NET)
Excellent understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and enterprise design patterns
Extensive experience with Entity Framework / LINQ
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
Solid understanding of REST, JSON, HTTP, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
Experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET Core
Exposure to microservices and distributed architectures
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Hands‑on or working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Experience with logging, monitoring, and application performance management tools
Leadership & Soft Skills
Strong technical leadership and ownership mindset
Ability to influence design decisions and guide teams technically
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Mentoring attitude with a collaborative and proactive approach
Education
