Full Stack Tech Lead – AI Platforms

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Developer who enjoys building real products, experimenting with new technologies, and working on AI-heavy applications. This role suits someone who is strong in modern web and backend development and has been actively exploring AI tools, frameworks, or building AI-powered features in real-world or side projects. You will play a key role in shaping architecture, guiding developers, and delivering modern cloud and AI-enabled solutions for our clients. You’ll be the primary lead establishing the gold standard for how we design, govern, and deploy AI. You’ll bridge the gap between high-level reasoning and low-level execution, ensuring our AI-first transition is scalable, secure, and—most importantly—blazing fast.

What You’ll Do

Engineering & Delivery

• Design and build scalable web applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks (React or similar).
• Develop APIs, integrations, and backend services using Node.js or .NET.
• Work across the full stack—from UI to backend to cloud deployment.

AI-Driven Development

• Build applications that integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, or intelligent automation services.
• Prototype and experiment with emerging tools in the AI ecosystem.
• Help shape architecture for AI-enabled systems, copilots, and workflow automation.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and guide best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and delivery teams.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in .NET / C#
• Experience with React or another modern frontend framework
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of databases, integration patterns, and cloud deployment.

AI & Modern Engineering (Important)

• Hands-on exposure or experimentation with one or more of the following:
• Azure AI, AWS AI services, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms
• Open-source or commercial AI frameworks and SDKs
• Prompt engineering, RAG patterns, or AI workflow orchestration
• Vector databases, embeddings, or semantic search concepts
• Building copilots, chat interfaces, or AI-assisted features

Skills Required:

• Orchestration - Microsoft AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, n8n, LangGraph.
• Business AI - Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Agent Service / Foundry
• The Workbench - Claude Desktop, Antigravity, Codex/Cursor.
• Connectivity - Model Context Protocol (MCP), A2A (Agent-to-Agent).
• Cloud/Data - Azure AI Foundry, Vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate), Knowledge Graphs.
