At Tonic3, we are looking for a creative freelance designer to support different design initiatives across digital products, marketing materials, and internal projects.

Responsibilities

• Create creative and visually appealing designs for digital and marketing initiatives.
• Support the design of UI elements, presentations, social media assets, and other visual materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Ensure designs are clear, modern, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Contribute creative ideas and design concepts to improve overall visual communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or UI Designer (freelance or full-time).
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to create creative, modern, and engaging visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Advanced English skills (a plus).
• Experience working with international teams.
• Experience designing for digital products, UX/UI, or marketing campaigns.
