Aire is building a finance app for remote workers and freelancers in LATAM.

Today, many people in LATAM earn USD from international clients but still struggle to use that money locally. They receive payments in one app, convert currencies in another, and spend through a different platform.

Aire brings everything together in one place. Users can get paid by international clients, receive USD stablecoins, and spend locally without juggling multiple apps.

We are an early stage startup and looking for a Founding Engineer to help build the product from the ground up.

You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping the technical foundation of the company.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product features across web and mobile
• Design and maintain backend systems and APIs
• Integrate payment and stablecoin infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with the founder on product and technical decisions
• Move quickly from idea to production

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience building fintech or financial products
• Experience building real products used by customers
• Ability to work in a fast paced startup environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Preferred qualifications
• Experience working with fintech or payment systems
• Experience with Web3 or blockchain infrastructure
• Experience building scalable backend systems
