We work with institutions across a wide range of sectors (B2B) and provide our services to hospitals in Germany and Austria, NGOs, municipal administrations, schools and kindergartens, public authorities, and the asylum sector.

We give non‑German‑speaking people a voice and help overcome language barriers easily, quickly, and securely through remote interpreting.

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain stable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructures including virtualization (e.g. Proxmox), networking (e.g. Cisco), additionally important may be: backup (e.g. CommVault), load balancing (e.g. F5) and security best practices
• Automate, standardize, and continuously improve operational workflows, including patching, provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management
• Perform upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (development, security, operations, external partners) and maintain clear documentation.

Your profile

• Solid background in infrastructure, architecture, and operations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructures
• Deep knowledge of virtualization, networking, and security best practices
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
• Experience with agile principles, methods, and processes
• Strong business‑value‑oriented mindset and clear and effective communication skills
• A healthy balance of drive for improvement and understanding that not everything can be done at once.
• Nice to have: Experience building and operating delivery pipelines (CI/CD, e.g., Azure DevOps) and deployment workflows across critical environments.
• Nice to have: Experience expanding monitoring/observability across environments (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana), including alerting and operational readiness.
