About The Role
As a Junior Data Scientist in the AI Solutions - team, you leverage statistical analysis, machine learning techniques and generative AI models to solve real-world problems by uncovering patterns and insights. You work with technical experts and business stakeholders to create AI-driven solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences in Consumer Solutions.
More about the position:
- Takes the responsibility for the development of data science & machine learning solutions for business use-cases fit-to-purpose
- Drives the work independently and in teams when needed
- Supports identifying the business needs and value creation in own area
- Supports the technical coordination between data scientists, architects, and software development
- Supports in planning, estimation and resourcing of projects
- Structures (designs, deploys, and maintains) data science solution, ensuring the solution meets with the business requirements
- Transforms complicated business problems to data science workflows
- Contributes to creation of technical roadmaps in own area
- Supporting the strategy around data science and AI
- Supports the planning of work related to data science use-cases
- Keeps track of novelties and developments in the data science community around the world
- A Master's degree or Ph.D. in any of STEM disciplines with a strong background and focus on data science and ML, and computer programming
- Ability to communicate and visualize technical visions
- Working knowledge of stochastic modeling, statistics, optimization, generative AI
- Working knowledge of other technology areas, such as, cloud and software engineering
- Experience in working with modern software development practices & technologies including e.g. Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, MLOps
