Senior Network Engineer, Architecture & System Design

Are you a seasoned network architect ready to shape the infrastructure for a world-first commercial satellite-enabled cellular service? We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer, Architecture & System Design to define how next-generation non terrestrial networks are built and scaled.

In this role you will be a core contributor to network design and planning, owning high-impact architectural decisions and ensuring satellite communication infrastructure meets performance, scalability, and reliability goals. You’ll work across RAN, Core, and cloud integrations to deliver robust solutions that power billions of connections worldwide.

What you’ll do

-Define and evolve end-to-end architecture across satellite and terrestrial network domains.

-Create technical specifications, high-level and low-level designs, and network planning artefacts.

-Optimize networks for performance, scalability, and long-term growth.

-Lead technical evaluations, interoperability testing, and solution validation efforts.

-Provide technical leadership and mentorship within a high-calibre engineering team.

What you bring

-5+ years of experience in cellular network design and planning, spanning RAN, Core, and IP domains.

-Deep understanding of 3GPP standards, virtualization, and cloud-native architectures.

-Strong hands-on knowledge of LTE/5G network elements and end-to-end protocol flows.

-Proven experience defining architectural standards across cross-functional engineering teams.
