As Business Strategy Project Manager, you will report directly to the Business Strategy & Intelligence Director, who also serves as Chief of Staff to the EVP International (Directeur Général International). Playing a pivotal role within the department, you will be exposed to a broad, transversal scope, addressing a wide range of strategic and operational challenges, and collaborating extensively with both Business Intelligence and Pricing Management teams. You will have significant exposure to international markets and top management, contributing directly to strategic decision-making at Parfums Christian Dior.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-value operational support to the Business Strategy & Intelligence Director, proactively contributing to the monitoring and analysis of market performance and business operations.
- Prepare performance reports for top management at Parfums Christian Dior, with the autonomy to design and propose innovative analyses, performance indicators, and frameworks to monitor and interpret the performance of our markets.
- Actively support the development and preparation of annual budget presentations and medium-term strategic plans, collaborating with key internal stakeholders to structure compelling narratives and bring forward strategic insights.
- Lead or support cross-functional strategic projects and key initiatives within the department, contributing to major company milestones throughout the year.
- Work in close partnership with the Business Intelligence and Pricing Management teams, newly integrated within the department, acting as a bridge between the two groups to facilitate cross-collaboration and drive the development of strategic business insights.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in strategy, business intelligence, or consulting, ideally within the luxury or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, with strong skills in structuring clear, impactful narratives and visually engaging slides tailored for executive audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with Power BI is a plus).
