The role…
You’ll work in a fairly small engineering squad responsible for building and evolving the backend services that keep their platform running smoothly at scale. It will span event‑driven systems, real‑time data flows, and cloud‑native service development using Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS. You’ll take features from concept through to production, shaping architecture decisions and improving performance. You’ll have real meaningful ownership here and work in a team with high engineering standards.

- 4+ years’ experience developing backend systems (Java as a core language).
- Deep understanding of Spring Boot/Microservices.
- Hands‑on experience with Kafka.
- Confident working in AWS environments and familiar with cloud‑native patterns.
- Comfortable designing and building scalable, resilient services.
