The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our South Dublin office team. This role will support the day-to-day HR operations of the organisation and play a key role in recruiting, developing, and supporting our growing team of care professionals and office staff.

The successful candidate will work closely with management to ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant with employment legislation, and aligned with our values of quality care and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are accurate and up to date
  • Support managers with employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies
  • Support training and development initiatives for staff
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and documentation
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives
  • Work with management on workforce planning and retention strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience managing recruitment processes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with managers and staff
  • Experience in healthcare or a regulated sector is desirable but not essential
