Location: Catania, Italy (Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site)

BSI Software is one of Europe’s leading providers of CRM & CX platforms. We are looking for two Full Stack Software Engineers (m/f/d) for our growing team in Catania who are passionate about modern software development and real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative customer solutions using Java and JavaScript
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams with full ownership from concept to go-live
• Deliver real value for top clients in banking, retail, insurance, and life sciences
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, consultants, and product experts

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or comparable field
• At least 2 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript
• Solid English skills (spoken and written)
• You reside in Italy and are willing to work on-site in Catania 3 days per week
• Hands-on mentality, team player, interest in product ownership and clean code
• On-site presence is essential for this role
