We are now looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our colleagues, shaping the employee experience and helping us evolve the future of hospitality.
What you will do
- Manage the complete on‑ and off‑boarding experience, ensuring every colleague feels welcomed, supported and celebrated.
- Be the go‑to person for HR-related questions, providing guidance with care and professionalism.
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as contracts, colleague files, payroll updates and HR systems.
- Support the HR Manager to ensure Dutch labor law compliance and implementation of Hyatt policies.
- Coordinate recruitment processes together with department leaders to attract people whose individuality and passion help us grow.
- Organize colleague events (General Staff Meeting, Staff Summer Party, etc.) that bring our culture of belonging to life.

- Salary and benefits according to the Dutch Hospitality CAO (EUR 2505,04 – EUR 3032,79 gross per month), 8% holiday allowance, and travel allowance.
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and HR systems
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and strong organizational skills
- Background in hospitality and/or HR (through study or experience)
- A caring approach and passion for supporting others
