Enterprise Risk Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Risk Analyst to support enterprise-wide risk management and board-level governance. The role focuses on monitoring the Risk Appetite Framework (RAF), tracking Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), performing operational risk assessments, and ensuring the risk framework scales with business growth. This position covers non-ICT risks and supports oversight under Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Conduct operational risk assessments and maintain the risk register
• Perform scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate potential risks
• Monitor conduct risk metrics and escalate emerging issues
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and the Board
• Ensure enterprise risk monitoring scales with business growth

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or operational risk, preferably within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, KRIs, and risk reporting
• Analytical and reporting skills with attention to operational detail
• Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks, particularly Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation
