- At least 9 years of experience in Project Management
- At least 9 years of experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams in international ICT project environments, with a proven ability to coordinate, and align diverse team efforts to successfully deliver complex projects
- At least 9 years of experience presenting complex ICT project plans, progress reports, and outcomes in English to stakeholders, including clients, executives, and cross-functional teams
- Managed minimum 5 end to end projects involving Commercial-off-the-Shelf software deployments, Cloud deployment, incremental software delivery, ICT infrastructure deployment, and/or service integration with external parties.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in working in an international environment and/or 2 years in EU institutions or bodies
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably in a public/government environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in standard project management tools such as MS Project
Job requirements
Job responsibilities :
- Good knowledge of planning and estimation techniques
- Good knowledge of MS office including PowerPoint timelines and schedule visuals.
- Good knowledge of structured approach to incremental software integration projects working with system integrators, e.g. with an example of a service integration with a third party service provider
- Enterprise service bus integration with internal and external services:
- Good knowledge of infrastructure projects, i.e. projects with a scope to deliver (virtual) infrastructure, connectivity and environments
Mandatory:
- Certification: PM Certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP, PM2 Certified or similar
Desirable:
- Good knowledge of Public IT procurement, (EU) tendering processes and contract management throughout project lifecycles
