Your tasks on the position:

Your tasks on the position:
- Define and formulate strategy, vision, roadmap and task list for PHP/WordPress website optimization
- Research and compare market solutions for website optimization
- Generate and develop ideas for website improvement
- Manage and manage a team of web developers, ensuring effective collaboration and high quality of work
- Translate stakeholder needs into specific tasks
- 5+ years of experience with WordPress
- 5+ years of experience with PHP, including working with versions 7.4-8.3 and Laravel or Symfony frameworks
- Ability to understand and analyze code written in JavaScript
- Strong experience with Linux operating systems
- Experience in a managerial or executive position
- English B2+
- Experience with other CMS like Drupal or Joomla
- Knowledge of web hosting control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, or DirectAdmin
- Knowledge of popular frameworks and libraries such as AngularJS, ReactJS, or Vue.js
- Experience with Python
