AWS Serverless Developer

We are looking for a skilled AWS Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of amongst others real-time results and event processing API service for live sports events. Our projects leverage a range of AWS Serverless services to ensure scalability, security, and high performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in serverless architectures, AWS services, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda (preferably Node.js or Python).
Implement and manage data storage solutions with Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon S3.
Develop real-time data processing and event handling using Amazon SQS, SNS, and Amazon MQ.
Building a highly scalable and efficient Serverless App using further AWS Serverless Services like CloudWatch, Cognito, Route53, CloudFront etc.
Participate in agile meetings including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Document user stories, tasks, and technical specifications in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology a related field or adequate experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on serverless architectures and cloud computing.
Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably with Scrum.
Extended communication skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda (Node.js).
Strong experience with AWS API Gateway for designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with data storage solutions like Amazon DynamoDB and Amazon S3.
Knowledge of real-time data processing and event-driven architectures using Amazon SQS, SNS, and Amazon MQ.
Familiarity with further AWS Services like Cognito, AWS Certificate Manager, Route 53, CloudFront, IAM roles and policies, etc

Monthly gross salary from 3800 to 5600 EUR, depending on your level of expertise.
