Your role:

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and driving impactful marketing initiatives. Here’s what the role entails:

• Leading marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely implementation and delivery.
• Overseeing the creation and deployment of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Managing influencer partnerships, freelancers, and external collaborators.
• Working closely with the marketing team to craft and bring to life a well-rounded marketing plan.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, freelancers, and external agencies to align on goals and achieve goals.
• Analyzing project and campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and making data-driven adjustments.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of marketing project management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A team player mindset, ready to jump in and support colleagues where needed.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Experience in coordinating campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, etc.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving marketing goals.
• Experience with influencer management, content marketing, SEO, and paid ads will be considered an advantage.
