An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a recruitment company based in northern Norway. We are looking for a Department Head Project and Construction Manager to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Daily management and coordination of work on the construction site
• Follow-up and support of the site manager and operational personnel
• Ensure progress in accordance with the production and progress plan
• Health, safety, and quality follow-up in collaboration with the project manager
• Coordination of subcontractors and hired personnel
• Ensure that drawings, descriptions, and documentation are updated and available
• Planning of resources, materials, and equipment
• Participation in start-up meetings, construction meetings, and status meetings

Requirements

• This could be the right role for you if you are:
• A site manager / foreman with leadership ambitions
• A plumbing engineer (also newly graduated) wishing for an operational leadership role
• A technical school engineer or plumber with strong professional expertise and structure
• A project manager
• You must know the trade – and enjoy leading people in a hectic project environment.
