- This position is for Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS).
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation initiatives as outlined in the Digital Master Plan 2025-2027, including deployment of digital assistants, workflows automation, and learning data analytics dashboards.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, faculty, students, and technical teams to capture requirements, ensure alignment, and facilitate effective solution design and implementation.
- Coordinate and oversee change management processes, particularly in response to frequent updates and releases from existing educational technology solutions, to minimise disruption and maximise user adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, user testing, and feedback sessions to encourage active participation from faculty and students in the selection and evaluation of digital solutions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines and budgets, track deliverables, and report on project progress to management.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (PMP, CBAP) is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience (especially in Solution Implementation & Change Management) will be strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in the education technology or digital transformation sector.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and business analysis frameworks.
- Familiarity with digital transformation tools and educational technology platforms, including workflow automation and data analytics solutions.
- Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and facilitating solution selection and implementation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively bridge business and technical needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within set deadlines.
- Experience in managing change management processes, including communication, training, and user adoption strategies.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management and productivity software (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello, Slack).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and manage competing priorities with resilience and resourcefulness.
