Initial Responsibilities
- Provide in-person front-line IT support for hardware and software issues (Mac and Windows devices)
- Troubleshoot Zoom Rooms and conference room AV systems to ensure seamless meetings
- Assist with new hire device and desk setup
- Support hardware requests including laptops, peripherals, and printers
- Perform basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory records including tagging and asset tracking
- Create and maintain IT process documentation
- Support day-to-day operational tasks and special IT projects as assigned
- Customer service orientation with interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor when providing in-personal technical support
- Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- General knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and common productivity applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom)
- Interest in IT operations, help desk support, or systems administration
- Ability to document processes clearly and concisely
- Reliable, proactive, and resourceful with a willingness to learn
This internship is a part-time role with an hourly rate of $21.00.
