About The Role

RGP is seeking a creative and execution-focused Visual Designer to join our dynamic team remotely, primarily supporting clients in the East/Central regions of the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual design principles and marketing strategies, with a passion for creating compelling advertising content across digital, social, and print channels. This role involves developing visually engaging assets that enhance brand awareness and demand generation, translating concepts into eye-catching visuals that resonate with target audiences. The Visual Designer will collaborate closely with internal teams to support campaign objectives, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and platform-specific best practices. The position offers an exciting opportunity to grow skills in campaign development, audience targeting, and performance-driven creative within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising design, graphic design, or a related creative role
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, PPT, and AI-assisted design tools
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for digital ads, paid social, display, email, and print
  • Ability to produce static, animated, and light-motion ad assets
  • Knowledge of platform-specific best practices for social media and web placements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of how creative supports marketing goals and ad performance

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visual assets for digital advertising campaigns, including social media, display ads, email, and print materials
  • Create engaging creative content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and web placements
  • Support the development of static, animated, and light-motion ad assets to enhance campaign performance
  • Conduct research on audience insights, design trends, and competitive visuals to inform creative strategies
  • Apply platform-specific best practices to optimize ad engagement and effectiveness
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with established brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards
  • Maintain visual consistency across campaigns while adapting creative assets for different channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives and incorporate feedback efficiently
  • Iterate and refine designs based on performance metrics and stakeholder input
  • Organize and manage files, templates, and assets to support efficient workflow and production processes
