Job Description

- During this internship you will have the opportunity to work with data from state-of-the-art IC products across the NXP portfolio
- You will be part of a global team and interact with data scientists, product engineers and experts from other disciplines including design, test and manufacturing, while shadowing your mentor to accomplish goals
- Engage in advanced analytics on voluminous data coming from automated test facilities – solving ‘needle in the haystack’ problems, classification problems and problems which may require machine-learning solutions
- Creation of new, novel solutions to difficult manufacturing and operations problem.
- Training, guidance and coaching will be part of the program
- Familiarity with Python
- Worked on projects using ML libraries and APIs such as scikit-learn / Tensorflow / Keras
- Experience with statistical analysis techniques and software such as R/JMP/Minitab/Exensio
- Knowledge in statistical analysis and modelling of data (especially ML models)
- Knowledge of semiconductor design, process, and testing is a plus
- Knowledge of LLM and agentic AI is a plus
- Studying to a Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Engineering/Computer Science/Data Science/Math or similar
- Curious; hungry for knowledge; self-driven
