🚨 Hiring: Senior Data Analyst (Microsoft Fabric) – Chattanooga, TN (Onsite 3 Days/Week)
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing enterprise BI team supporting a phased Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations migration from GP within a SOX-controlled environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on BI professional with strong Microsoft Fabric experience (must-have) who thrives in a Microsoft-centric stack and enjoys building governed, scalable self-service reporting solutions.
📍 Location: Chattanooga, TN (Local candidates within ~50 miles preferred)
🏢 Onsite: 3 days/week (Chattanooga commute approx. 1 mile/minute)
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines and unified data models
- Build enterprise dashboards using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SSRS (Domo for non-SOX reporting)
- Develop semantic models, star schemas, and advanced DAX measures
- Support Dev/Test/Prod deployments via Azure DevOps
- Ensure SOX compliance, governance, audit readiness, and data accuracy
- Support D365 F&O reporting and guide citizen developers
✅ Required Skills
- 5+ years in Data Analytics / BI
- Strong T-SQL
- Hands-on Power BI experience
- ETL experience (ADF, Domo Workbench, or similar)
- Strong data modeling & governance knowledge
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
⭐ Preferred
- Microsoft Fabric (strongly preferred / key filter)
- Experience with D365 or ERP migrations
- Azure cloud exposure
- Transportation/logistics industry experience
