Job Description

Position Overview

As a Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance and scalable applications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of internal and customer-facing products, and adhering to best development practices.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
2. Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot applications.
3. Write clean, well‑documented, and maintainable code.
4. Develop front-end interfaces using Vue.js and Pinia.
5. Work with PostgreSQL for data integrity and performance optimization.
6. Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes on Azure.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 4-9 years of experience in Java Spring Boot development.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
4. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
5. Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization.
6. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
7. Strong problem‑solving skills and teamwork abilities.
8. Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of microservices and API development
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Front-end experience: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Pinia
• Experience with Spring MVC, Hibernate
• Understanding of Azure / AWS
• Familiarity with GitLab / ADO pipelines
