Program Manager

Job Summary

You will be the operational backbone of the CTO office. the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will track commitments prepare leadership for key meetings chase follow-ups

Responsibilities

• Prepare and run leadership meetings agendas notes action items follow-ups
• Support OKR and quarterly planning processes across teams
• Create written materials decks and briefing documents on behalf of the CTO
• Facilitate project planning sessions and help teams translate goals into structured plans
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements through better tooling or workflows
• Handle special projects and ad-hoc requests that are urgent and important
• Nothing falls through the cracks commitments are tracked and closed
• Cross-team initiatives move forward without constant CTO involvement
• People across the org know you are the one to call when something needs to get unstuck
  
  

You take ownership and figure things out you do not wait for instructions or make excuses. You communicate clearly in writing and speech and you are comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders. You are organized persistent and relentless in tracking commitments to closure. You spot problems before they escalate and are not afraid to surface bad news early.

You know how to get things done in large complex organizations finding the right people navigating processes and building relationships that make future work easier.

• * Excellent English (C1+): Exceptional written and verbal communication
• 3+ years of professional experience with exposure to engineering or product teams
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
• Experience in startup operations tech companies or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and engineering team dynamics
• Experience in consulting professional services or PMO roles
• Exposure to Chief of Staff business operations or executive support functions
• Experience navigating both high-growth environments and large enterprises
• Familiarity with program management fundamentals (planning milestones dependencies risks deliverables)
• Exposure to OKRs quarterly planning or similar goal-setting frameworks
• You are looking for a strategy role - this is execution and coordination (of strategic projects)
• You are uncomfortable operating without positional authority. You will work through the CTO backing not your own title
• You need direct reports or formal power to be effective
