Job Requirements
Opportunity
Canton Network is delivering what others promised but couldn’t: a blockchain for finance that actually works. As the only open layer 1 blockchain network with configurable privacy and controls sufficient for regulatory compliance, it is the venue where DeFi and TradFi are converging.
As this convergence accelerates, we need holistic product leaders who can bridge the gap between complex blockchain capabilities and real-world business value. We are looking for a product manager who has been in the trenches, having built high-volume applications in traditional payments or successfully launched dApps in the DeFi space.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical B2B(2C/2B) Financial Apps built by Digital Asset on the Canton Network. You will move beyond feature delivery to define business models, commercial strategies and operational excellence. You will engage directly with major financial institutions and ecosystem partners to uncover their deepest pain points, translating them into scalable solutions that drive network volume. You will be the pivot point between our product development teams and our commercial success, ensuring that we build products that generate sustainable value for our clients and the network.

Job Requirements
- 6+ years of end-to-end Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful products in Fintech or Web3.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from product discovery (0 to 1) to delivery and scaling operations (1 to N).
- You have either built and scaled dApps in the DeFi ecosystem (AMMs, Lending protocols, Perps, Stablecoins) OR managed high-volume (SaaS) applications in the payment/TradFi space.
- Understanding of Distributed Ledger technology and familiarity with popular layer 1/2 ecosystems is required.
- BIG BONUS: You have a demonstrable understanding of how apps on the Canton Network are built and operated.
- You are comfortable discussing business models, pricing strategies and tokenomics.
- Experience building products for institutional clients, understanding regulatory constraints and compliance needs across jurisdictions.
- While not a developer, you can confidently discuss application architecture, smart contract logic, and settlement workflows with engineers.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Be willing to work at least 3 days per week from one of our offices (New York, Zürich, London or Budapest).

- Discover, deliver and operate the product strategy, ensuring alignment with Financial Apps unit goals and the commercial viability of the product by defining clear business models and go-to-market strategies.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap in consultation with unit leadership, prioritizing features that drive adoption among institutional partners and ecosystem developers.
- Handle the end-to-end release of products and features in coordination with your engineering colleagues and other stakeholders, from initial concept to post-release operations.
- Conduct rapid experimentation to validate value and feasibility before full-scale development begins, mitigating risk and ensuring we build what the market truly needs.
- Actively capture and channel market/user insights back into your product to adapt the development of it going forth.
- Create and maintain reporting on Key Value Indicators (KVIs) specific to your product, i.e. you will track success metrics regarding volume, adoption and revenue to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Create and keep up-to-date all internal and external product-related documentation, ensuring that sales, marketing and support teams are aligned on the product’s capabilities and value proposition.
