Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding for new employees, including contracts and inductions.

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Support accurate and timely payroll processing in liaison with the payroll provider.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and salary packaging.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS data.
  • Ensure compliance with the Privacy Act and company policies.

Compliance & Employee Relations:

  • Provide frontline advice on HR policies, pay, and conditions.
  • Assist with performance management and ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation.

Training & Engagement:

  • Organise training sessions and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience with hands-on payroll support, preferably in Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and payroll compliance.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • High level of discretion with confidential information.
