The Role
The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering high-quality creative work across multiple projects and campaigns. Working closely with account management, creative, strategy and production teams.
This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end, from brief and scoping to delivery. Ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard.
Operating in a fast-paced agency environment, the Project Manager brings structure, clarity and momentum enabling delivery and performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing projects end-to-end, translating briefs into clear delivery plans and ensuring seamless execution from briefing through to final delivery
- Owning project timelines and status, tracking progress across multiple concurrent jobs and proactively managing risks, dependencies and changes
- Ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard of craft
- Managing project financials
- Working collaboratively with the Accounts, Creative, Production and Studio teams
- Managing direct-to-studio briefs, acting as the primary point of contact for client requests
- Liaising closely with Creative and Traffic to ensure resourcing is aligned and key milestones are met
- Supporting Account Leads in managing production-related client issues
What you can bring
- Proven experience in a project management, traffic or production role within a creative, advertising or integrated agency
- Proven experience delivering multi-channel creative work, including digital, social, print and film
- Hands-on experience managing project timelines, budgets, estimates and internal resourcing
- Experience working collaboratively with Creative, Accounts, Production and Studio teams
- Confidence managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with external suppliers and production partners
- Exposure to complex, high-volume or multi-brand client accounts is advantageous
- Familiarity with agency workflow and financial systems (e.g. traffic tools, project management platforms, job costing)
- Interest in contributing to continuous improvement, including workflow efficiency and delivery best practice
