JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute routine HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, pay, benefits, leaves, performance management, and company guidelines via Workday Help/ServiceNow; escalate when required: escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base documentation to drive efficiency in a tiered service delivery model
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Participate in projects and provide input from an operational perspective.
- Manage workload effectively, prioritizing based on business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations strong HR operations/Shared Services experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and HR ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Workday Help).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Demonstrates ethical behaviour and commitment to compliance.
