This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Healthcare Operations) in Finland.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support and optimize healthcare operations projects from conception to delivery. You will coordinate meetings, track tasks, and assist with documentation while gradually taking full ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and team accountability. The position is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn healthcare systems and workflow tools. You will collaborate closely with a mission-driven team leveraging AI to improve home-health operations, contributing directly to efficiency, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role provides exposure to fast-moving, structured environments and a clear path for growth into leadership within project management.

Accountabilities

  • Provide administrative and meeting support, including taking clear notes, circulating summaries, and maintaining trackers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Assist with scheduling, inbox management, documentation, and maintaining internal systems and workflows.
  • Manage simple team and client inquiries via email or chat, and support onboarding and follow-up activities for projects.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and ownership across multiple teams using project management tools such as Notion, Slack, and Linear.
  • Prepare and share weekly status updates, summaries, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation to streamline healthcare operations projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines organizational skills with operational knowledge:

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or executive support, preferably in SaaS or healthcare environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize discussions clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of keeping multiple projects on track.
  • Comfortable learning new systems, adapting to dynamic priorities, and using digital collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Coachable, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in healthtech, SaaS, or startup settings.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, dashboards, or project reporting.
  • Exposure to AI tools or healthcare workflow software.
