Product Owner for Onboarding (KYC, KYB) & ODD

In this role you will:

• Take responsibility to develop digital onboarding (KYC, KYB) and ongoing due diligence (ODD) related products.
• Reimagine digital onboarding (KYC, KYB) and ongoing due diligence (ODD) with cross functional teams and manage collaborating across functions to build truly seamless end-to-end journeys.
• Strive for a better customer experience, manage Onboarding & ODD products roadmaps and initiatives from ideation through to inception, delivery and production.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to ensure clear definition of requirements for engineering. Work with leadership and business teams to agree on priorities, drive continuous improvements into other related existing products.
• Clearly articulate the product value proposition to key stakeholders (including ROI), ensuring that product solves its customer needs, and meets desired KPI’s. Define and track benefits.
• Review processes end-to-end, through the eye of the business, customers and other key stakeholders, and introduce innovation into the process with impactful results.
• Orchestrate all aspects of Product, including stakeholders, requirements, launches, issues and related communication.
• Deliver insights into business performance through data analysis interpreting, and summarizing complex data and complete post-delivery analysis to quantify impact of changes and improvements.
• Manage related vendors / providers.
• Work with other Product Owners to develop valuable and solid products to make customer journey smooth and logic.
• Maintain a prioritized Product Backlog that is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the team will work on next. Effectively run backlog refinement / grooming sessions at regular intervals in Agile mindset.
• Ensure the value, usability, quality and delivery on time of improvements and the product as a whole.
• Build high-performing team to reach objectives.

Successful candidate is expected to have:

• Experience in Compliance or KYC / KYB / ODD client lifecycle management and related technologies / products.
• Being familiar with various identity verification, e-signing technologies or such solutions providers, understanding risk scoring, how customer and transaction screening and monitoring processes work.
• Solution-focused thinking, ability to make decisions. Analytically strong and make decisions based on data and facts.
• Ability to think out of the box and drive innovation.
• Experience in design thinking methodology and agile way of working in scrum (move fast and iterate).
• Experience in guiding and realizing changes.
• You know how to manage various stakeholders and are organization sensitive.
• You are curious, have a clear vision of your field and the ambition to continue to develop yourself professionally as well as personally.
• Ambitious and comfortable to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and to manage organizational and content complexity.
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiar with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
