Full-Stack Engineer | Munich | On-site | €75k–€110k + meaningful equity

I’m working with a seriously high-calibre early-stage AI company hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join them on-site in Munich.

This is not a standard full-stack role. They want someone who can build production-grade systems end-to-end, think deeply about product, and operate with real ownership in a fast-moving environment.

You’d be joining a strong technical team working on AI-driven products, with the chance to have a genuine impact on architecture, backend scalability, data pipelines, and how users actually interact with intelligent systems.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong full-stack engineering background with React, TypeScript, and Python
• Stronger on the backend / systems side than just frontend delivery
• Experience building complex production software
• Comfortable with Docker, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and scalable systems
• Someone with a high-agency, builder mentality who thrives in a demanding startup environment
• Willing to work on-site in Munich
