AI/ML Tech Lead

We are looking for an AI/ML Tech Lead to lead our AI project development strategy in Luxembourg. You will be in charge of building and managing an R&D team of data scientists/developers, while ensuring a constant technology watch.

Missions

  • Build the company's long-term vision for AI in collaboration with our CTO.
  • Identify opportunities for applying AI in the company's various fields.
  • Design and develop MVPs / POCs around machine learning models (NLP, computer vision, etc.) using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow and LangChain.
  • Monitor the latest advances in AI and identify emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate the potential impact of these new technologies on the company.
  • Build and maintain a center of excellence on AI technologies within the company.
  • Share best practices and knowledge with the team.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Python and associated frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
  • Great knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, etc.
  • Knowledge of one of the main cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is appreciated.
  • Comfortable with presentations / excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Curiosity and passion for innovation.
