We are looking for an AI/ML Tech Lead to lead our AI project development strategy in Luxembourg. You will be in charge of building and managing an R&D team of data scientists/developers, while ensuring a constant technology watch.
Missions
- Build the company's long-term vision for AI in collaboration with our CTO.
- Identify opportunities for applying AI in the company's various fields.
- Design and develop MVPs / POCs around machine learning models (NLP, computer vision, etc.) using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow and LangChain.
- Monitor the latest advances in AI and identify emerging technologies.
- Evaluate the potential impact of these new technologies on the company.
- Build and maintain a center of excellence on AI technologies within the company.
- Share best practices and knowledge with the team.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Python and associated frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Great knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, etc.
- Knowledge of one of the main cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is appreciated.
- Comfortable with presentations / excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Curiosity and passion for innovation.
