About the Role



We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Superchat’s platforms. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and partnerships, and focuses on building scalable growth engines for a chat-first AI product. The Growth Manager will design experiments, optimize conversion funnels, launch campaigns, and work closely with product and AI teams to increase usage and transaction volume across Superchat’s services.



Responsibilities



User Acquisition

  • Design and execute user acquisition strategies across digital channels
  • Drive growth across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and the Superchat app
  • Launch performance marketing campaigns and track ROI
  • Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities


Product-Led Growth

  • Work with Product and AI teams to improve onboarding and activation flows
  • Design experiments to increase conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Optimize chat journeys to improve transaction completion
  • Identify opportunities for viral loops, referrals, and network effects


Data & Experimentation

  • Define and track key growth metrics including activation, retention, and GMV
  • Run A/B tests and growth experiments across the product
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance
  • Translate insights into actionable product and marketing improvements


Campaigns & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute growth campaigns for key categories such as food, groceries, and travel
  • Collaborate with merchant partners on promotions and growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on brand and performance campaigns


Lifecycle & Retention

  • Design lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, re-engagement, and retention
  • Leverage messaging channels such as WhatsApp notifications and in-chat prompts
  • Increase repeat usage and transaction frequency




Qualifications



  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or performance marketing
  • Experience working with consumer apps, marketplaces, or tech platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and experimentation
  • Hands-on experience with growth tools, analytics platforms, and marketing channels
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and ownership
