About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and improve key customer experiences across our platform and join immediately. Focus will be on making journeys simpler, smoother, and more engaging across multiple user groups, while helping drive activation, repeat usage, and long-term product value.
This role is for someone who is obsessed with reducing friction, challenges the obvious, and is always looking for a better way to do things. You should care deeply about the customer experience, think clearly in complexity, and know how to turn insight into products people genuinely enjoy using.
What you will do
- Own critical product experiences end to end, from discovery and strategy to launch, optimisation, and ongoing improvement
- Identify friction points across the customer lifecycle and turn them into clear product opportunities
- Build simple, intuitive, and scalable solutions to complex user and business problems
- Define product goals, success metrics, roadmaps, and requirements with clarity and rigour
- Partner closely with design, engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
- Use customer research, data, and experimentation to improve conversion, retention, and overall product experience
- Balance customer needs, business priorities, and speed of execution in day-to-day decision making
- Drive continuous iteration and raise the quality of the product through strong judgement and attention to detail
What we are looking for
- 5 to 8 years of product management experience in consumer tech, fintech, marketplaces, or other fast-moving digital businesses
- Proven track record of owning and improving end-to-end customer journeys
- Strong product judgement with a clear instinct for simplicity, usability, and customer delight
- High comfort with analytics, product metrics, and experiment-led decision making
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and commercial teams
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to align teams around a clear product direction
- A restless, curious mindset and a genuine desire to keep improving how things work
- Strong ownership and a bias for action
