Job Description
- Strong experience supporting at least 2-3 core modules (ranked): Talent, Total Rewards (Advanced Comp, Comp), Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Benefits.
- Extensive experience configuring Workday Security, reporting, and module specific best practices.
- Support for annual events such as Talent/Performance, Merit, and Open Enrollment.
- Experience optimizing Business Processes (BPs) to automate manual tasks is a plus.
- Partner with business teams to ensure requirements are well documented for solutioning.
- Document processes and workflows to maintain the team knowledge base.
- Translate business gaps and manual touchpoints into requirements for automation.
- Experience configuring ATS tools like Greenhouse is a significant plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams across different time zones.
- Workday Certification is a plus.
