Data Scientist (GenAI & Sales Analytics)
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract Duration: 8 months (extendable)
We are currently looking for a Data Scientist to support the development of a GenAI-driven sales enablement platform with our client in the financial services. This role involves working with complex datasets, generating insights to improve sales workflows, and collaborating with product and business teams to support data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets used for training and evaluating LLM and GenAI features.
- Develop dashboards and reporting assets to measure adoption, performance, and business impact of sales tools.
- Work with product and business stakeholders to understand sales workflows and data requirements.
- Support prompt evaluation and quality assurance of AI-generated outputs.
- Generate insights that improve sales processes and advisor experiences.
- Document data sources and collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in data science, data analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience working with complex datasets.
- Experience using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience working with LLM, GenAI workflows, or AI-driven analytics environments is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
