Job Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle for enterprise systems, from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration.
• Explore and pioneer the integration of AI capabilities into our systems, identifying opportunities to empower business operations and enhance user productivity through intelligent features like copilots, smart search, and automation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and various business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
• Drive the overall product vision and strategy, conduct user research, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product specifications and workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, technology or equivalent professional experience will be advantageous
• Experience in Product Management (including internship)
• Strong logical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate clear, data-driven product strategies.
• Have interest in AI and new technologies, with a proactive mindset to experiment and apply them to real-world business scenarios.
• Good communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Have a strong sense of ownership, able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in enterprise systems (HR, Finance), SaaS products, or AI-powered applications is a plus
