We are now seeking a passionate and creative Product Manager to join us in this mission, driving the evolution of our internal systems and exploring the transformative potential of AI to redefine our workplace productivity.
Job Description
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle for enterprise systems, from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration.
- Explore and pioneer the integration of AI capabilities into our systems, identifying opportunities to empower business operations and enhance user productivity through intelligent features like copilots, smart search, and automation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and various business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
- Drive the overall product vision and strategy, conduct user research, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product specifications and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, technology or equivalent professional experience will be advantageous
- Experience in Product Management (including internship)
- Strong logical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate clear, data-driven product strategies.
- Have interest in AI and new technologies, with a proactive mindset to experiment and apply them to real-world business scenarios.
- Good communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Have a strong sense of ownership, able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in enterprise systems (HR, Finance), SaaS products, or AI-powered applications is a plus
